Returns Policy
All returns and exchanges are subject to the following terms:
Special Orders and Opened Cartons: All returns and exchanges of special order merchandise (i.e, merchandise that Sears Commercial does not carry in its standard inventory) and merchandise that has been opened are subject to a restocking fee equal to 50% of the purchase price, plus freight charges.
Note: All mattress returns will be declined if used for commercial purposes.
Unopened Cartons: All returns and exchanges of merchandise (other than special order merchandise) that has not been opened are subject to a restocking fee equal to 25% of the purchase price, plus freight charges.
Installed or Built-In Merchandise: Due to additional costs associated with installed or built-in merchandise, all returns and exchanges of installed or built-in merchandise are subject to installation and/or de-installation charges plus the applicable opened carton restocking fee and freight charges.
Waiver of Fees: Sears will waive restocking fees on all returns and exchanges that (in Sears' determination) are due to an error by Sears, such as shipping the wrong merchandise or shipping damaged merchandise. The customer is responsible for inspecting the merchandise at time of delivery and reporting any damage to Sears within (48) hours at 1-800-359-2000, press 2.
Timeliness: Sears reserves the right to refuse to accept returns or to provide exchanges more than (30) days after delivery of the merchandise to the customer

www.commercial.sears.com.
Merchandise Upgrade:
Sears Commercial's returns and exchange policy does NOT
provide for exchanges of opened merchandise for homeowners who
desire to upgrade from the merchandise package provided by the
builder.
